Best Laptop Docks 2024

Best laptop I ever have.

Went through three docks until finally giving this one a go, and it works! I have a thunderbolt 4 laptop connected to this dock and running 2x 1.4 DP running to dual 4k monitors. Getting 60hz.

I have tried a lot of docks for my mackbook 16'', and all of them were overheating or looking weird near my laptop. This one stays pretty cool and looks nice.

These docks are extremely well made. From the correct length of cable (not too long as to get in the way, and not too short where you need dock right next to your laptop), the right number of USB 3.0 ports, an additional USC-C, and dual 4k display support.

I have used several USB-C docks in the past, and have run into issues from not natively supporting all my video outputs, to not providing enough power to successfully charge the laptop 100%. Once I found these we have not gone back. Now when I place an order for a new laptop I don't even request a dock be sent with. I drop over to B&H, re-order these and get not only what I need but also at a far better price!

I had a frustrating journey trying out different laptop docks for my Lenovo laptop. Since I do streaming setups, I need a lot of peripherals but still need the convenience of being able to just go when I need to. I previously bought a Belkin which was actually recommended by Lenovo but it refused to recognize the HDMI port. Neither Belkin nor Lenovo could solve that issue after multiple rounds with technical support, so I returned it and bought this. It was perfect, right out of the box. Only complaint is that it doesn't carry audio over HDMI, but that's really easy to get around.

Seems strong and useful as a place to put my laptop at variable heights and balance extra docks or video equipment. Also makes a nice tray table. :)

I have previous docks from OWC. This is the best.
