This small and lightweight cube with rounded edges and corners looks nice and packs easily. It works well for charging my iPhone, Haven't tried it with higher power demand devices; some report it gets warm, but all transformers do to some degree. with it equally small price it's easy to see why this is a top-seller item. Glad I made the purchase.

Excellent sharpness into the corners a f/4 and above, improves to f/8. Nicely built and lightweight. Yes, it makes a little noise when focusing, but so minor you really don't notice (nor does your subject). Rubber adjustment rings for focus and aperture a nice design touch that work well. Despite complaints in other reviews, I do not have a problem with easily adjusted aperture ring... you get used to it quickly. Adapts out beautifully to 77mm filters with no vignetting even with two stacked. I got mine refurbished from Zeiss, at a 40% discount, so certainly will not complain about price, though I was ready to dive in at suggested retail. A nice alternative to the excellent (and equally good) Fuji x 14mm lens, especially if you already have the kit 18-55mm or plan to get the upcoming 16-50mm f/2.8. I have fallen in love with this little jewel very quickly. Highly recommended!

Mechanically, It is pretty much perfection. Lightweight and compact. Ugly corners when shot between f/1.4 and f/2, which is not a con when shooting film. The imperfections beautifully form the character of the lens. Classic drawing, good contrast and excellent sharpness from f/2 and up.

Was a bit frustrating at first, as I have never used a cordless printer before!
