For some reason, Linux is not listed as a compatible system. This device works out of the box without any issues on every Linux distro I tried it on (mainly Fedora and Ubuntu). 5 |

I have used many of the these PNY SSDs to upgrade older laptops. One of the best value SSDs with TLC memory. Never had one fail yet. Linux and these SSDs give new life to older laptops that can no longer securely run windows 7. Linux Lite 5.2 especially works very well as a replacement for windows 7, plus it's free. 5 |

I got this hopefully remove the ground loop hum that would occur when using a battery eliminator for my Sennheiser G4s. If they were connected to my main battery distro, the connected Zoom F8n would cause unacceptable ground loop, and thus prevent me from using the battery eliminators. I bought this and experimented a bit and found that if I put this power isolator between the G4 and the battery distro box, the hum was effectively gone (only noticeable if recorder gain was set way higher than I would ever use). I plan on buying a second to use with the second G4 so that I can more effectively get the most of of my battery distro system. 5 |
