Best Long Range Wireless Router 2018

I got this to replace all of our wireless needs. I disabled wireless on our router and use this AP as our only source of wifi. The software is so amazing. We get better range and speeds in our home. Going to get the Ubiquiti USG and switch later.

Best bang for the buck! Use it for long range target shooting.

Haven't had the router overly long yet, but I've used them in several installations before as well and always had great experiences with them. Synology's SRM software is easy to manage and allows many additional security options, some of which aren't offered by competitors. Speeds on both wired and wireless are excellent, as is connectivity throughout its Wifi range. Using the 5Ghz band close to the router produces some impressive speeds and latency results, while the 2.4Ghz band has impressive range and connectivity.

Fast speed, long range.  An excellent product.  Easy to configure.  Remember, it is just an AP, not a router.  You will need a router as well.

Replaced another high end major brand router with this item and put in the LR (long range) access point. The installation worked, well, product is high quality - software management of product is superb - little hard to find any or all manuals but many you tube help items

I was looking for a long range, 100 ft or more, wireless remote shutter trigger and decided on the Vello FreeWave release. After putting it together and placing it on my Sony 6300 it worked great. obtained some awesome pictures with it. Completely satisfied. Its nice when things perform as advertised.

This has everything I want for a remote shutter release. The wireless remote control has quite a long range; and if used for wired release you can just connect the cable to the receiver and to the camera, it doesn't even require the battery in the receiver. Both receiver and remote control work quite well, the only minor complaint I have is that you'll need to unscrew two tiny screws in the remote control to replace the battery if needed. I'm not sure why they don't design it the same way as the receiver on which you can just slide off the cover to get to the battery.
