Best Macbook Pro 13 Laptop Computer Review 2019

Haven't used a Mac laptop in years and just go the 13 MacBook Pro. My going mid 2019 I save around $500. If you are a Mac fan this is a nice laptop at a great price point.

I have a 2019 13 Macbook Pro which I generally use for school. I always make sure to have this in my bag, seen as most of the peripherals I would use at school tend to be USB as well as HDMI for connecting to projectors. The other great thing about this is the fact that it has the two types of ports for SD cards, both micro and regular size SD card slots as I tend to do a lot of photography. This is all all around good product to have if you own a Macbook Pro which only had the USB Type C ports and it easily connects and is small enough to travel with, including its own small case.

I've had a used MacBook Pro 13 (2019) for 2 years. The overall performance, battery life, and 8 GB RAM became very problematic in the last 3 months since I updated to Sonoma... So I decided it was time I upgraded to a newer machine. B&H had an awesome deal on the specific model I felt was right for me-- M2, 13.6 Screen, 256GB Storage, 16GB RAM-- so I went for it. Got it in two days! I've been using it for almost 2 weeks now and it has been an absolute delight. Huge upgrade from my last MacBook and confident that it is going to easily take me into the next 3-5 years of usage!

I thought my 2019 MacBook Pro was fast until I fired up this new MacBook Air with the M2 chip. Wow! There's no buyer regret here! Considering Apple's pricing, this computer was a very good value. B&H shipping was fast too, as usual. B&H wasted no time getting my new computer into my hands.

This cable attaches a Sony a7Riv camera to a MacBook Pro 13 mid-2021 M1 model, hence the male Type-C connectors at both ends. I'm using it for macro photography to partly control the camera from the computer and to transfer captures from the camera directly to a file on the computer. The cable works efficiently.

The boot up procedure on my new MacBook Pro 13 that took many minutes has been reduced to less than 30 seconds. The computer runs cooler and more quietly. The battery lasts longer. The load times for applications is dramatically decreased, and those apps which swap data into and out of virtual memory run faster. Installation was a snap with easy-to-follow instructions from iFixit. I can think of no negative other than the fact that it is somewhat costly.
