Best Midi Controller For Synthesizers

Needed a hub for my many Synthesizers/MIDI Interface to Computer for my Home Studio. This did the trick. In fact, I'm purchasing a second one to complete the job.

I use an iPad to run an editor for my old synthesizers, and with Apple's love of minimal ports, something like this is a godsend. Definitely pricier than a wired MIDI connection, but for my gear setup I really needed the convenience of this. Have had no connection issues so far. Using it in conjunction with a Yamaha TX7, from which the MIDI units draw power just fine.

this controller controls EVERYTHING would need it to, and is a cobination of a GREAT midi controller for beats, and an EVEN BETTER control surface...the key for me is the LARGE FONT LCD....no more squinting with reason, i dont even have much need to look anywhere else, it almost feels like a stand alone device....AWESOME NEKTAR

I like this MIDI controller. It is unique and has capabilities not found with regular pitch wheel type actions. Great for synth sounds but also can be very expressive when playing modeled acoustic instruments.
