this head set is amazing! Not only is the noise cancelling short of magic, but the sound quality and battery life are incredible. Right out of the box flew across country and had 50% battery life after landing. Just paired it to my gaming PC to see how it compared to my high end gaming cans, and it is top notch, WITH the added bonus of cancelling out background sounds like a small fan type heater running, or the dang PC itself! Cant recommend enough. Great work Sony.

Got this for both gaming and just listening to music on a daily basis. The noise cancelling is fantastic and it really helps me focus on my games also. I like that it's completely wireless so I don't have to wear bulky headphones entire time.

Have 2 other Bose Noise-Cancelling headphones over the years and I always felt somewhat disappointed in the quality of the noise cancelling, but figured this is what it is. Now I know differently. These Sony headphones literally shut down nearly all the noise where I can't hear anyone talking to me and priced reasonably, unlike the Bose or Apple headphones.

I have been through several gaming headsets for the PS5. I have finally landed on a pair that not only look and sound sleek, but do EXACTLY what I need. The digital AI noise cancellation works perfectly when eliminating background noise. But not only that, these cans have some amazing sound pumping through these magnetic drivers. No wonder Sony opted to buy Audeze. Connection to PS5 and PC is easy with the included usb-c adapter. Just make sure to pick the right source with the flick of a switch. You can update firmware and download custom EQs from the Audeze site, as well. Getting used to not using an app to make changes is a bit of a drag, but it’s worth it in the end to not have it. I have used ‘em all: Razer, SteelSeries, and Turtle Beach. Each have their own strengths but too many weaknesses. The Audeze Maxwell are just the perfect headset to add to your collection.

Without a doubt the BEST headphones I’ve ever owned, the sound, the noise cancelling, the transparency mode all top tier. They’re comfortable for long periods of time and I love that the design is slim to the head for a very sleek look. As well as the control joy stick is genius I love everything about these headphones
