I have used all of Ubiquiti's cloud key options. The desktop controller is nice, but it is reliant on the computer always being on. The cloud keys make that null as they don't rely on a computer. So they are pretty much always on. They work great and the cloud key gen2 plus worls great. 5 |

I upgraded from the one I purchased in 2019, and this works well with the newer apps. e.g., DaVinci Resolve. I'm learning DR on the desktop and the iPad helps tremendously with the convenience in learning the basics away from the desktop.
