I purchased this NVR for a simple two camera security system on my home. I bought a separate hard drive, which gave me twice the recording capacity for the same price as one that came pre-installed. Installation was easy, thanks to videos on YouTube. It came with the necessary connectors to install the hard drive. I installed the NVR , along with my cable modern and wifi router, in a pantry and it works fine. It is plugged into a good quality surge protector. It make a bit more noise that I expected, but it is not bothersome. Hopefully it will provide years of service. 5 |

WE ordered these for use in a Unify NVR Pro security camera system. They have worked out great so far. We have synched them up with our system, and have them working together in a Raid format. 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quite some time now I have research security cameras and since there so many on the market I was looking for a camera with easy set up and some type of technical support and it would be an additional bonus if it was cost efficient. Then I came across the Eufy Security Outdoor Camera and it is a great asset to making our home feel secure & safe. The camera was packaged very well & the set up was at a minimal. Notifications were instant with the Eufy Security Outdoor Camera and the picture, sound, and light are very clear with excellent image quality.
