Worked awesome but the 2019 mac mini needs the tamperproof torex T5, T6, T8, T10 to unscrew housing base. There is a pin in the torex screw on the cover the mac used to keep user out of a user upgrade. I dremel cut slots in the flush 3 and used plyers on the stud 3. Still need the other micro torex bits. Memory works great. Super upgrade. Saved me $300 5 |

It's a Mac so quality is presumed. Much faster than my older (2019) I-Mac and base model has plenty of power for general home use. Paired with a 24 monitor, I don't miss the 1-piece I-Mac. 5 |

Plugged it into an older mac via USB3 and it worked great. Plugged it into a 2019 mac with adapters for the new thunderbolt interface and it worked flawless. Plugged it into my PC system and it has worked great. My systems see it as another Camera Option in all my web meeting applications. I am plugging in a switcher and switching live shows via this device. 5 |

Needed it to recover data from 2 Mac laptop drives (a 2018 Mac AIr and 2019 Mac pro). It read both drives with no problem. Just remember that you will be able to see the files but you need to change the permission on each file before you actually can move or open the files. That is a Mac thing. 5 |
