I could not upgrade the firmware from Godox through my windows 10. So after a computer professional looked over the situation said that Windows 10 would not recognize the upgrade due to the time Godox wrote the firmware upgrade. He used Windows 7 and the firmware upgrade worked. 5 |

Purchased the mac mini to replace a windows 10 computer. So far, I have hooked it up with my Microsoft windows 10 computer while I learn the Apple operating system. So far I really like it but it takes a little time for me to learn the new system. Getting more comfortable with it every day. I really liked dealing with B&H Photo. Everything came well packed and on time. They even tracked the package for me. I have since order a couple of more items from them and received the same great service. At 87 years young I am not used to this great service now days. 5 |

This works great with Windows 10 Home x64 using Windows Fax and Scan. I did not want to use up an expansion slot in the back of the computer so this just plugs into an open USB port in the back. In order to leave it plugged in I got a USB extension so I can have the modem laying on top of the computer. Then I can just plug in the phone line whenever I want to send or receive a fax. Works great that way because I only had to install it once and it starts up every time the computer is turned on. Installation was very easy. Just remember to go in and manually turn on the modem settings and do an update to the drivers. 5 |

After upgrading to Windows 10 my HP computer the built-in sound card stopped working and I couldn't find a driver to work with Windows 10, this small device was simple to install, just plug the device to a USB port and installed it's own driver automatically and it was up and running in no time. I don't mind the device sticking out is just like any USB drive. 5 |
