I am using this microphone instead of the built-in laptop microphone or basic inexpensive analog voice microphones I had been using previously with my computer recordings. I like that I can simply plug the GoMic into the usb of various assorted computers I use and simply get a clean sound. With the laptop the fan noise is eliminated and with my older computer the hum from the analog input is eliminated. 5 |

Best experience with a Mac laptop since my original computer, a Mac Powerbook back in the late 1990s. Smoother, faster and a step above my current Mac Mini (16gb ram, 3+GHz, etc.). Does everything in Photoshop quickly and quietly, love the M1 chip and the Touch Bar, which I had avoided and didn't think I'd like but do. Very portable. Very cool. Very happy with my purchase. Those who bemoan the lack of connection ports should be assuaged by the many 3rd party plug-in USB C hubs on the market. They provide USB ports of every description as well as an SD card reader and an HDMI port for your monitor. These things look good and don't detract from the appearance of the computer, many of them look like they were designed to blend in with the computer, because they were. 5 |

Basic and gets the job done. I use occasionally for laptop, but less now that I have a laptop bag. I do however use this as a folio bag when I just want to carry basic paperwork somewhere---the foam insert it came with works well to keep papers in order. 5 |
