Simple to use and loads of ways to use the Microphone (podcast, interview, etc.) just by a switch on the back. I was amazed by the sound quality and the overall quality - it's a small investment with a nice return. I am using the microphone to add seminars to my site.

We purchased three sets of these mics for our podcast and online Zoom community. I'm really excited about the XLR/USB combo on this mic. It's no secret that Shure is a leader in the microphone industry, with the SM7b being a coveted mic for podcasters/broadcasters, but definitely out of budget for many. Shure has done themselves, and us, a favor by releasing this microphone. The build is quality, there's a headphone input for monitoring, the boom arm is solid, sturdy and has a cable raceway as a nice touch. The flushmount looks sleek and professional. Highly recommend this product to anyone looking for quality audio!

I was surprised by the quality of this microphone--I was able to test it out for a podcast scenario, with a PA system, and to record vocals in Logic. The background noise cancellation / rejection is top-notch and vocals are crisp and full sounding. Will be keeping this in the audio kit for sure.
