[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great 3 in 1 charging unit for all of my portable Apple devices. I bought a second one so I could keep one in a guest room and take it with me on trips. The Magsafe charger works like a charm on my Iphone and unlike other Iphone chargers, is not so finicky about where you place it on the charger. 5 |

I have this cable in several lengths, and use it for charging my Google Pixel 2. I was surprised to see that my phone shows "Charging Rapidly" (when used with the charger that came with the phone), as the charger is rated at 18W, and the cable is only rated at 15W. I guess that as long as it works, I shouldn't worry about it. The cable is well made, with good stress relief at each connector. I did find it interesting that the various Pearstone USB 2.0 Type-C cables have different materials for the outer sheaths. The 3A/15W cables (both 3' and 6') have a slicker/smoother feel, whereas the 5A/100W cables (I have two 6' cables... one black, one white) have a more rubbery feel. The difference is neither good or bad... just different. 5 |
