Best Scan To Email Wireless Printer
Miles87 | 2024-09-05 08:33:19 |
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This printer is a huge upgrade from my previous printer. I know it uses ink but I feel like it will last forever compared to my previous printer requiring ink ever 2 or 3 weeks. This printer was very easy to set up and even easier to connect to 2 different computers. I would say setup will take you about 30 minutes including linking your email. My favorite feature is the ability to scan invoices and have them delivered directly to my email. Not only will this keep you more organized but will speed up most other work with its quick and easy fax/scan copy features. No matter what I say I promise you will be even more impressed after you try this printer. 5 |

Printer is easy to set up and is perfect for my home / office use. To scan to email you have to use the app. Since it is wireless I was hoping that I could also print to email directly from the screen. Scans fast, prints very well and overall I am very pleased and would recommend this printer. 5 |

I love this WorkForce Pro WF-3820 Wireless All-in-One Printer. I print and scan a lot of documents while working at home and this printer has made the job a lot faster! I can scan and email the file directly to my computer and it saves me time. The printer was easy to set up. I was able to get all the info I needed from the Epson website and set up this printer to use with my work laptop. It prints and scans fast and the touchscreen is nice to use. This is a review for the Epson WorkForce Pro WF-3820 Wireless All-in-one Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.” 5 |

I recieved this printer for free in order to wrtie a review on it and I can say I am very pleased. The print quality is perfect, colors are vibrant and there is no fading at all. Setup was very easy and only took about 15 minutes, including the time it took to install drivers on my computer. The scanner is also very easy to use and has a great feature of being able to wirelessly save your scans to your computer or even send them as an email directly from the printer. My only issue is that the wireless connectivity is a tad bit confusing. It was easy to connect my computers to the printer but for some reason I cannot get the wireless saving or email fucntions to work, although I have not really looked into too deepy because I was able to just plug in a flash drive and save directly to that. Overall this printer is of great quality and although I got it for free I would definitely consider buying it if I was in the market for a printer because for the price you get many features that other printers do not have. 5 |

Wireless setup was easy. Printer wakes up quickly from sleeping. Computer initially says offline but recovers and prints within 15 seconds or so. Print quality is very good. Haven't tried the print to email but I had no problems changing the email address to something I liked. The HP app is ok, I use it for scanning. Only glitch was HP had only 7 months left on the 1 year warranty but after I sent them the B&H receipt, they corrected it. So far I am happy with my purchase. However, I will try a third party for the toner because the cost is 5 times cheaper, but I will have to use the old toner chips so we will see. 5 |

I used the ILFORD mailer to send a roll of SPX for processing on 01/16/2022 and received an email, from the lab, that they had my film in their production queue on 01/18/2022. On 01/21/2022 I received another email from the lab advising me that my film was processed and on the way back to me and I received everything 3 days later, on 01/24/2022 so, 8 days from start to finish which I found totally acceptable, as were the processed negatives and a set of 4X6 prints, which I opted for as a contact sheet cost $12 and the set of prints cost $10. The two buck saving was used to purchase a storage box (cost: $2) for the prints and the scan CD (I chose the medium scan, 18-19MB file size, cost: $5). The prints, by the way, included a contact sheet with all 36 frames squeezed down on a 4X6 print, somewhat useful with a 10X loupe or what i use as a substitute, which is a 50MM lens, reversed so that you're looking through the rear of the lens, at whatever is in front of it and this technique turns any 50MM into a 10X loupe. Aside from the price of the mailer, my additional costs were: Prints: $10, medium scan: $5, storage box: $2, and postage: $5. So, $22 over and above the cost of the actual mailer so, along with the film cassette itself, about $1.50 per frame, everything included. Not exactly inexpensive but the silver lining is that I've decided to get back into doing my own processing, scanning and printing, digitally, as I sold my enlarger a couple of decades ago and I have a hankering to try B&W development with a monobath. I'll still shoot slide film, of course, but I've always loved using B&W. Hope this review is useful to you... 5 |
