For one thing, this laser printer can print in color, and the print quality is really sharp. Plus, it prints pretty fast, which is always a bonus when you're trying to get work done quickly. I also like that it has a lot of connectivity options. You can connect it to your network using Ethernet or Wi-Fi, and it even supports mobile printing through Apple AirPrint, Mopria Print Service, and Canon PRINT Business. That's pretty handy if you need to print from your phone or tablet. Another thing I like about this printer is the big 5-inch color touchscreen display. It's super easy to use and navigate, and it makes it simple to change settings or access different features. One thing to keep in mind, though, is that it can be a bit noisy when it's printing. I needed a color printer occasionally as my laser is black & white for most of my printing I also needed an updated scanner to replace my old one! And on top of this, it was completely set up in minutes... I love this!!! I can also print from my cellphone!

My ancient laser printer and Epsom color printer/scanner both died so I bought another Epson as my old one was almost perfect. My new WF-280 is so much better! It is wireless, faster and has better software. Setup was easy and using it is intuitive. I have only had it a month so I have no info on longevity, but if my past experience with Epson is a guide it will be long lived. I do not print in color often so I did not buy an eco tank; for those looking for a high quality printer-scanner, who do mostly black and white printing, but like occasional color; this is a superb, high quality option.

I own a small tshirt business and use this printer for sublimation. I give this printer a 5 star. I bought mine in 2019 and it still works amazing. First canon printer I've owned. Highly recommend.

This is an excellent Laser Printer for the Home Office and small business. It has easy load paper tray, easy to get to ink toner cartridge, and I really like the flat bed scanner and copier for quick work for copies or scan to pdf. It can be hooked up to ethernet on home network or usb direct to computer. Great size and doesn't take up a lot of space.

This is a great all in one laser printer. It has worked flawlessly to date and is the perfect fit for our small business.
