For anyone who notices that the card is not being recognized by your computer, please install the software drivers off the included CD, and then restart your computer. I purchased this for an older Dell XPS 8300, and thus far things have been great. If all goes well for the next few months, I'll buy another to take up the other available PCIe slot on the motherboard. 5 |

This small little device is amazing. It converts an HDMI signal to USB without any software/drivers . . . and allows the computer to recognize it immediately and easily. It is totally worth the expense. 5 |

I needed an inexpensive means to connect a wireless lav to my laptop for field work.� Which works as advertised.� Nice and quiet, latency free monitoring. The optional control panel software is nice, and recommended if you want more control over sound quality.�� However, for me, I use Voice Meeter banana for monitoring/capture.� So I opted out for using the install-able control panel, which installs a set of drivers, (note: no drivers were required for bare use, plug n' play).� While not an issue, I used system recovery to remove them and restore original plug n' play function. Ah, the days when you had to fill a van with the gear needed that you can now fit into a day pack.� I don't miss them.� This tool is a winner. 5 |
