Best Songs To Test Studio Monitors

I have had these headphones for almost 10 years. In these 10 years, they have been THE BEST headphones I have used for mixing. I have used a bunch of headphones and studio monitors in that time, and nothing has beat them out, not even the infamous Sony 7506 (given, cheaper, but more prevalent headphones in studios) Things to note with these headphones; they are not super low end present. If you are getting these to listen to consumer music, you may not like them because they are not "boomy" or "full". These headphones are for users who are looking for definition and clarity for making a solid mix. The other note is a MINOR complaint; the part of the headset that rests on the top of your head/hair has worn out for me. The muffs also wore out, but I replaced them. If there is a way to replace the foam under the band, please let me know because I would love to have them looking brand new again. I broke the cable that came with the headphones by accidentally vacuuming it about 2 years in (stupid, I know), but the detachable cable saved me some money. Also nice if you want to swap out different size cables. I would highly recommend these to anyone looking to invest in headphones for studio mixing.

Fantastic for the studio monitors.

I bought to produce my songs and I know I have a pair of the best monitors I could buy in its price range and even more expensive ones would not be as suitable for my needs (EDM/Urban). And yes, there is a hiss that is just normal for professional monitors and they are inaudible as soon as any audio signal comes from them.

I wish I would have purchased these monitors years ago. I pulled up several mixes I had done and within minutes of using the A5X's I was able to make changes that had the songs translate so much better across a variety of systems. I tried these "head to head" with the Focal Shape 50 monitors and the A5X's sounded better in my room. These monitors make it much easier to hear where instruments and levels should be placed. There's a surprising amount of tight low end for such a small driver, too. Highly recommended.

This microphone is lit! I have used for five songs and all of sound excellent. I love the switches on the microphone. The both play in favor of the way my studio is setup. Overall, this a great microphone for the price and what it comes with it?

i have 51000 songs, so u know where are know.

Best of used with 5” monitors however just takes a little patience and you can make a 7” monitor fit.
