All I have to do is turn it on and it connects to my phone via Bluetooth immediately. Press play on my phone and I'm suddenly listening to my favorite Playlist. The easiest Bluetooth pairing I've ever seen or done. It asked before I even tried connecting it. It is pretty loud in a bedroom or livingroom.The sound is balanced, with heavy bass. It has excellent sound balance & terrific sound quality. The bass on this is the best I have heard ever for this size speaker! Overall a sleek looking speaker that’s easy to charge and has a long lasting battery. I would Highly recommend.

I was looking for a bluetooth speaker, as my son took over the one that I already had. I love the sound that this speaker gives. The bass is great! I am not familiar with Bose products as they tend to be a little more expensive than the others; however, this one was in the price range with the one that was taken over, so I tried it, and I LOVE IT! I'm so glad I did. I can't stop listening to it. Every song sounds awesome!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Sony XE200 Portable Bluetooth Speaker is fantastic! It has a Line-Shaped Diffuser and X Balanced Speakers that spread sound wider. Bluetooth was very easy to connect, it popped right up on all my devices within seconds. The sound quality is excellent, very loud and clear! The carrying strap makes it a lot easier to take on jogs, walks, etc. There is a button you can push to tell you the battery percentage, I really liked that feature! There is also a light that comes on when charging. It takes roughly 4 hours to fully charge, and provides up to 16 hours of playtime on one charge! The USB quick charge provides up to 70 minutes of playback on a 10 minute charge! The play/pause button can also be used to change the songs. Press twice to go to the next song, or press three times to go back. There is a built in microphone for when answering or making phone calls. Lastly of the features, this has the party connect feature. That can connect up to 100 compatible wireless speakers. The only thing I'd like to see different is it have some bass. While it is loud and clear, having that would really make this speaker even better! Or, having some different features to where bass can be adjusted more, or turned on/off. Another thing I want to add, this speaker does have some weight to it. More of a solid, sturdy weight, than a heavy. It's even great for work, or taking out by the pool since it's waterproof, dustproof, and shockproof! Lastly, the instructions are easy to understand, and includes a QR code to easily access the Sony App. Overall, I still really like this speaker! It works great and sounds great, just needs some more bass added.

Great little Bluetooth speaker with big sound and impressive bass for its size. Place the speaker in a corner or against a wall for a little more boost on the lower octaves. I haven't tried pairing this with a twin for a more immersive stereo sound but may actually swing for the fence on this in the future.

This is my first bluetooth speaker and I'm not disappointed by any means.The sound is natural and perfect, comes with bass and treble dials.This feature is not so common among its contemporaries.I mainly listen to jazz, slow rock, pop, instrumentals and R&B, this caters perfectly from every angle. The build and aesthetics are well tailored and sturdy enough to be taken anywhere.Also the battery,USB C and water resistant features tops like a cherry on the cake. I have several Bluetooth speakers at home, but when I saw this beast, the MX-ST50B I was really curious if this was just about size and lights or about sound. This is a very simple speaker to operate. You can stream from Bluetooth, plug is through a RCA cable, and even use a microphone for karaoke. Personally I just wanted to hear the sound which for me is most important. This speaker does not disappoint. The lights are a nice addition as this really is a party speaker. I didn't sense they work in perfect unison with the music, but there a several light sequences to choose from, and all of them look pretty cool. I didn't expect something of this size to have a battery, but it does. Makes this very "portable" as there is a built-in handle to lift it and move it around. The battery allows for placing it anywhere you want, not restricted by a cord. I streamed some metal music from my phone and I was quite impressed with the clarity of this speaker. It also had decent bass, and depending on the song, the bass boost livened things up some more. If you're looking for a single speaker to entertain with, this would be a great choice. You can link speakers together either in stereo, or more speakers to fill out a larger area. I definitely recommend this speaker.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tabletop speaker is a beast.with Bluetooth and WiFi hookup connections.this speaker is not made for a small apartment or condo.the sound is huge with three tweeters.three midrange speakers and one massive subwoofer.every note can be heard through this.ive had to turn the bass way down.it has two dials for treble and bass which is nice.at 270 watts it's louder than my home system with subwoofer.my only gripes are minor.the Bluetooth connection will disconnect after 2 minutes if you are on pause.then you have to reconnect everything.the volume and bass and treble knobs are hard to see with a light around them.you have to stand right over it to see levels.i think there should be a remote with this speaker like with your sound bars.other than that no complaints only praise
