Best Soundbar Subwoofer Combo

I bought the soundbar. I can't wait to get the subwoofer, it sounds great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was previously using a standalone soundbar without a subwoofer from a different brand which wasn’t too bad but having the Samsung QN-95B 75” TV and knowing what the built-in TV speakers were capable off I was also missing out on using them until I discovered Q-Symphony that allows the TV Speakers to be used in addition to the soundbar. The Samsung HW-S700D Soundbar was a perfect fit was my living space and served this purpose extremely well. The Soundbar and Subwoofer was super easy to setup. Although wireless capable, I chose to use the HDMI cable provided and it was an instant detection and pairing. My Samsung TV automatically recognized the Q-Symphony compatibility and adjusted the sound accordingly for maximum balance and range. The SpaceFit Sound Pro worked its magic to utilize the position and space and adjust automatically even while watching content in real time. No other setup required. I moved the subwoofer to various positions, and ultimately had it next to the sofa which enhanced the bass and feel. The Soundbar and Subwoofer provide great sound levels with well-balanced Treble, Mid, and Bass levels. The bass was a much-needed addition and gave the overall feel a more realistic vibe specially when watching movies and certainly listen to music. The bar is super slim yet performed extremely well for its form factor. It took up much less space than other soundbars and the overall design is super sleek to blend in with my room decor.

I have had this for several weeks and it has been great so far. I wasn't even looking for a soundbar with a subwoofer, but I am glad I got it because the subwoofer really makes a difference.

Upgraded from old soundbar to go with new LG TV, great combo.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very impressed with the sound from both the soundbar and subwoofer.

There's some important things you should know if this Soundbar is new to you and you are setting it up. -Turn the auto power option from on to off in the LG wifi speaker app. When this setting is kept on it can cause issues with the subwoofer cutting in and out. -Move the subwoofer as far away from your wireless router as possible. Keeping it near your router can cause interference and also cause it to cut in and out. -The auto room optimizer can cause problems with the center channel and make dialogue sound muffled or too quiet. If you experience this issue reset the optimizer and don't use it. This will probably be dependent on the particular room you are using it in. Sometimes it may improve the sound, other times it may worsen it. -Off-axis listening with this Soundbar is not very good so you want the Soundbar as close to ear level as possible. This will make a big difference. Particularly with dialog. -You want to bump up the level on your front and rear upfiring Speakers +3 in the app. They are set too low on their stock setting. This soundbar is as good as it gets when it comes to soundbars, if Atmos is important to you there is no better option. It has the largest rear speakers on the market.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really impressed! For a quick breakdown: Shipping: Very quick delivery. Packaging was incredibly good, I’m always a little hesitant to order electronics because you never know if something gets damaged in transit but the packaging on this soundbar was great and nothing to fret about. Set up: Very easy with simple directions that only took a few minutes total to set up. I also really appreciated that there were cables options based on your own setup and that all the cables had a small wrap around them that identified what was what. Sound: Very clear, clean sounds and the subwoofer has some good bump to it!! Subwoofer has a deep bass to it. Honestly great quality and works well both with the tv and via Bluetooth. Volume has a good range and can get quite loud. Design: It’s a very sleek design, all black with minimal and modern texture, etc. the soundbar is quite compact which is perfect for any room and has a very subtle but modern texture on the top of the bar. There are a couple buttons on top of the soundbar which seems pretty standard though I’d almost wish that maybe the buttons were on the back or something to keep the design even cleaner. The subwoofer has a matching design. I would say the subwoofer is a little bit larger than I expected it to look, would not be easy to hide but has a sleek enough design that it would look perfectly fine out. But there are a lot of cords and not connecting in the same spot so it makes hiding all the cords a bit tough and not as sleek looking. Overall great value that packs a punch. Would recommend if you’re looking for some extra and/or better sound quality to add to your space.
