Best Studio Headphones For Tracking Vocals

The best headphones for Tracking vocals while recording definitely don’t want to mix with them & they’re not for general listening, perfect for what I got them for, tracking vocal recordings 5 |

These are great headphones for studio tracking - they're detailed enough that you can quickly hear problems/nuances in playing. Sound isn't exactly flat, but isn't so hyped that it causes problems while listening. Very light and comfortable for long periods of use, although they can get a little warm around the ears. Nice long cable too. For the price, these are about as good as you can get. 5 |

I purchased this to drive four sets of Monoprice headphones for tracking in my home studio. It gets incredibly loud without distortion, and every channel works perfectly. The knobs are great, and it seems like a sturdy little thing. 5 |

I use the headphones primarily for tracking in my recording studio. Because the cover the ear and have a closed back, they block out the music in the room, and allow the player to hear the headphone mix clearly. They do not distort and have a fairly even frequency response. The only downside is the cost, usually $ a pair, B&H did $ with free shipping, so I bought 3 pair. 5 |

I am getting great use out of the interface: tracking guitars, bass, analog synths and vocals. The 4k button adds a noticeable character to all of the above. The best bus powered interface I've come across yet. 5 |

Excellent audio interface. Works perfectly. The monitor function for tracking vocals is nice. Time and digital conversion are super clean. Nice bonus plug-ins pack. Everything you need to get started. Pair with a good mic, and midi input and you'll be making tracks in no time! Excellent shipping time and customer service from B&H, as always! 5 |

I have had these headphones for almost 10 years. In these 10 years, they have been THE BEST headphones I have used for mixing. I have used a bunch of headphones and studio monitors in that time, and nothing has beat them out, not even the infamous Sony 7506 (given, cheaper, but more prevalent headphones in studios) Things to note with these headphones; they are not super low end present. If you are getting these to listen to consumer music, you may not like them because they are not "boomy" or "full". These headphones are for users who are looking for definition and clarity for making a solid mix. The other note is a MINOR complaint; the part of the headset that rests on the top of your head/hair has worn out for me. The muffs also wore out, but I replaced them. If there is a way to replace the foam under the band, please let me know because I would love to have them looking brand new again. I broke the cable that came with the headphones by accidentally vacuuming it about 2 years in (stupid, I know), but the detachable cable saved me some money. Also nice if you want to swap out different size cables. I would highly recommend these to anyone looking to invest in headphones for studio mixing. 5 |

I use this model for monitoring and mixing in my studio. These headphones are the best I have ever used and goes right along in the same category as the SM57 microphones. Best sound and amazing price for the performance! 5 |
