Using a windows 8 laptop that is not touchscreen can be frustrating at times. Adding this really handy gadget totally changed my Windows 8 experience and now my laptop is really fun to use!! I definitely recommend this product it was pretty easy to set up and works really nicely.

I purchased this monitor on the deal zone. I use it with a laptop. It's very well constructed and just the right size for me. The display screen is very good. It does not have a touchscreen, however excellent monitor for those of us who are not needing a touchscreen. I would highly recommend this monitor.

I think I've purchased about 3 of these - for home computer, work computer, laptop, and recommended to a friend or two. For me, it's better than a mouse because: 1) you don't move your wrist around, you move your fingers instead. So for me, no wrist stress no repetitive motion problems. Can't say that it avoids carpel tunnel, but I think if you keep your wrist straight it can. 2) Less desk space required, and no bumping into other things on the desk. 3) More precise for things like cad. The movements are independent of the button pushing, so it's easy to be precise. I've used this on Linux and various versions of Windows, all work great. The best combination? A laptop that has a touchscreen. They you can pick between the touchscreen with a stylus for drawing, and this for other work.

I am a designer and an artist with limited desk and studio space and I was looking to optimize the available space by getting my laptop and second display monitor off the table...the mount exceeds my expectations, it is well build, and very sturdy, the manual and instructions were easy to follow and the whole setup with everything included from unboxing to laying out the tools (included) to the final adjustments took less than one hour.
