Best Tri Band Wireless Router 2018

Purchased after having difficult experience with the Netgear Orbi. This Synology Wireless Tri-Band Mesh Router coupled with the Synology RT2600 AC Wireless Dual Band Gigabit Router serve as the backbone for my 1.3k sqft apartment and I've experience no drops with higher throughput (compared to the Netgear Orbi). Great products, highly recommend.

This Synology router, especially with their Tri-Band Mesh Router, is amazing if you want granular control- especially of users' web site access, hours of use, amount of use, speed, etc. It's not plug in and forget but if you want to control your WiFi network this is state of the art.

I bought this router 4 years ago and now another one a few weeks ago. I tried the new tri band and mesh routers but keep coming back to this one. I have one as my main router and bridged the other 2 to make access points in my living room and Family room downstairs, I have run cat6 through out my house, every room has a drop. I am a retired Network/Systems Administrator with over 35 yrs experience, you can beat this router for stability. Thank You B&H for always having my back with prompt delivery and service.

I learned about the NETGEAR Nighthawk Tri-Band WiFi 6E Router AXE11000 on YouTube as I was having issues while playing games. I must say I'm not disappointed by that speed! WOW! the only thing I could say needs improvement are the antennas (very sensitive or loose). other than that I would definitely recommend it!!! 5 Stars.

Just added my third Synology Wireless Tri-band Mesh Router to my home network. HINT: Power it up and go into stand-alone mode, update the SRM to the same SRM on your RT6600. Power it back up and add it to your network as a Wi-Fi Point.
