Using it for guitar but appears to suit small amplifiers well. 5 |

I bought to of these to run as a stereo pair for guitar amplifiers in a live environment. They are terrific! They handle whatever two 100 watt amps can throw at them and do not color the sound in any sort of negative manner. They definitely let the amps tone shine right through. I went from two classic Sm57s to these and I just notice more clarity and detail than I did with the 57s. Mic placement is a breeze. I spent all of 5 minutes with a pre-recorded loop figuring out the most natural sound and its very easy to find the large sweetspot with these mics. Again, the 57 does not have a huge sweet spot. 5 |

Since obtaining this microphone, I have used it to mic up two different guitar amplifiers to good effect. Overall, the sound is warm and the bass response becomes more pronounced the closer it is placed to the grille cloth. Positioning the mic around six inches away produces a more balanced and useable sound IMHO. I have yet to try this mic with a Cloudlifter, which I believe should, when used in conjunction with the Fat Head II, yield a better, hotter signal. 5 |

I use the surge protector to power my guitar amplifiers and other accessories in my home recording studio. The long power cord affords me the ability to move the surge protector around the room without hassle. Lots of outlets and slim profile. Also a major plus is the low profile/right angle plug which fits flat against the wall allowing furniture to be pushed closer to the wall. 5 |

I use all four XLRs for live steams from a small remote set with USB to my laptop for broadcast. Two channels are used for a Shure wireless receiver. One of those channels is for a CVL wireless lavaliere mic. The EQ on the panel results in great voice quality from the CVL. The other receiver channel is a wireless handheld that sounds great with little tweaking. Two channels are used with Shure SM58s. I find that I need more gain with these, but the voice audio quality is not compromised. The Mute buttons on each channel are very handy to mute the moderator and audience mics during a presentation. 5 |

Talk about a feature packed on-camera mic. Two different low pass filters, safety channel recording, auto on/off feature, gain control, and NTG technology? All for $250? I plan on pairing it with the DMW-XLR1 for my S1H and excited to hear the results. 5 |

If you need a solution for camera mounted shotgun mic, these little giants are for you. Two channel, two person mic for less than $300 and they come with rechargeable batteries and lav mics! Amazing! No fake review here, buy this system and buy another if you need it. YouTube folks, this system is for you! Can I give them another star! Okay, back to work. 5 |

I never expect this would be a great idea. Having 2 channel in 1 box was perfect in our music setup. 1 for guitar and 1 for the keyboard. Works flawlessly and built like a tank. Now the question is how long will this last? Overall it's a great product from DBX and the price is right. 5 |
