I have already recommended the Plugable USB 3 Universal Docking Station for Dual Monitor to many of my friends and family and several of them have already purchased and used this docking station to manage their dual monitors quite easily and they all love to use this device.

The Xcellon Dual usb 3.1 card reader is a fast compact card reader that gives you the flexibility to use the USB A or USB C interfaces. It's about the size of a thumb drive so you can just toss it in your bag or case and not worry about it taking up much space. It's built well and should hold up to day-to-day use and some abuse. I bought this to see if I could get dual monitor operation from my HP docking station. It was very easy to install, and after a few display adjustments, went right to work. I am very pleased with the display quality, which I attribute in part to the cables construction. I would purchase this same adapter/cable again for other applications.
