So far, so good. Best part was that there was no “setup”. We easily found the printer on our computers using our WiFi. No downloading of drivers etc. Takes the pain out of setup.

Short review: I wanted to find a USB switcher I didn't have to worry (or even think) about at all. This is it. Long review: for context for the rest of this review, my use case is to switch a common set of USB devices (keyboard, mouse, and USB audio device) between a desktop and a laptop. I bought this unit after having a poor experience with a much cheaper USB sharing switch from another manufacturer. This other unit lasted about two years, then started to fail to switch between host computers, and also seemed to be allowing voltage from one host to pass through to the other. I'm not one to risk damage to the valuable computers I've got hooked up to these switches. I got rid of that unit, did some research, and picked this one up based on some other folks' recommendations. This unit isn't cheap, and seems to be marketed primarily toward business use cases, but so far it's working perfectly for my home office setup. It appears that I'm getting exactly what I hoped I was paying for: reliability and safety. I haven't had a single electrical gremlin show up since I began using this. It automatically switches the three USB devices to my laptop when I plug it in, and switches back to the desktop when I unplug my laptop. I'd recommend reading the instructions and making use of the power supply.

I purchased this cable to connect a desktop to an Anker USB hub which is routinely switched between one of three computers, depending on which is needed at the time. The included Anker cable is about a foot long, which is far too short to reach the desktop. This helped bridge the gap and works perfectly.

Installed in my 11 Year old HP Desktop after using a USB WiFi adapter for a few years. Tripled my speed and eliminated incomplete page loads and failed downloads. Very easy to install. Never needed the disk - Windows10 found and installed a driver. Being able to mount the antenna away from the back of the PC really improved my signal. The magnetic mount was a real plus for my situation. Bluetooth also installed automatically by Windows. Can't comment on it since I have no device connected. Would highly recommend and would purchase again.

My imac does have enough usb ports and other hubs I tried do not work.

The two hubs were birthday presents for a grandson and granddaughter who recently purchased MacBook Air computers. They received the hubs had a timely delivery and they both a very please with the hubs performance.

Best desktop computer I had yet

I've done a lot of research on many Thunderbolt docks and hubs. Nearly every Thunderbolt hub is designed for laptops to dock to by putting both the downstream ports and the upstream port on the same side of the device. I have a desktop, and I do not want the upstream cable facing the outside. Enter this Thunderbolt hub, one of the very few hubs with ports laid out like a hub should have. The DC power input goes in the back, the upstream port goes in the side, and the users have a clean row of USB ports along the front to plug their devices into. One improvement I'd ask for is to move the upstream port to the back as well, and maybe allow for DC input from the computer itself using USB PD, and then relocate one of the downstream Thunderbolt ports in the back to the front. But given what else is on the market, this is about the best I could find for my desktop setup.

We have google nest hubs and google wifi so I love being able to control all my accessories from the Home App. If you're not on the google system then you might want to consider a different 3rd party video doorbell with compatibility for your smart home system. -Camera/audio is good enough for a reasonable person's needs. - Playback is quick and simple. Can also save videos (Like when my mailman was dancing). -Setup is quick and simple. Easy to make control adjustments. -Live stream and recordings come right to my phone.
