Perfect for my small business. I no Longer have to to buy so much printer ink to print shipping labels and have to worry about if I lined Everything up properly with the labels on the sheet. 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you print a lot of shipping labels then this printer is for you! This printer makes it a lot more convenient to just print on an already sticky label and stick your package. 5 |

Printer is awesome to print shipping labels. Setup was difficult however. But once configured correctly it is awesom. 5 |

I use the desktop model at work and decide to try this one for home and its great. I can print labels with all of the options. Labeling my tool cabinet so anyone can get the right tool fast and easy. Also my personnel items that I take to work, you can get the clear and almost hide you ID on a similar color. 5 |

This is a great value! You get all the features of PC connectivity, without the hassle or added cost of a wirelessly connected solution. The P-Touch software is great! You can create labels as simple or as intricate as you'd like. There's even a "simple" and "advanced" mode, so the software really works at your level. Labels print quickly and the quality is pretty good, but not QUITE as good as the top tier 360 dpi models, however I doubt many home or home business users would complain. I personally used this model to print perfume bottle labels 1"x1.2" and it worked great for me! And the labels are extremely durable, so it was a no brainer to use Brother labels as opposed to some of the alternatives. Yes, it does waste a little bit of tape before printing, but the end result is worth it. 5 |

I bought this label printer to use for shipping products from home. I'm not a frequent shipper but I wanted the simplicity of peel and stick labels when I did decide to send a package out. There is a more expensive model with Wi-Fi functionality, but frankly I found that unnecessary for the price increase. I have this printer connected via USB to a Linux server running CUPS, so I can print to it from any computer in the house; cheaper and just as effective. I mainly use Macs and found there isn't a standard way to cut shipping labels down to the proper size for this printer. Ironically Brother's own support page suggests taking a screenshot of the label and printing that. It doesn't seem to be an exact science; I haven't had issues with it, and the labels produced this way look fine. Just a bit funny to me. I did buy a couple other label rolls along with this product, but found out there are actually a couple of sample rolls provided in the package with the printer. 5 |
