This is my second C920s webcam. It has great features and a beautiful image. It's basically plug & play right out of the box, with one major exception. I immediately realized that the image is reversed upon plugging the webcam in. Why the default image is reversed kind of blows my mind. There were no directions on how to reverse the image. I went on the Logitech website and searched for a solution. Nada. I searched Google, too. All the solutions were complicated and convoluted. I ended up downloading 2 or 3 programs that didn't solve my problem. Since this is my second C920s, I went back to my first installation of this webcam on my other PC. The image was right on. So, I checked and I have a program called Logitech Capture. I checked its settings, and sure enough, under the Source 1 settings there's an Advanced Settings slider. Sliding that to On opens up another set of settings. One of them is horizontally flip source. Checking that check box flips the image to the proper point of view. Why Logitech would reverse the default image is beyond me. And, why they don't provide instructions on how to flip the image is crazy. Anyway, just downloading this simple (free) program from the Logitech website solves the issue. All is well. I'm very happy with the webcam now.

Very pleased to write this review. B&H was great because in my search for my BEST bag, they sent and I returned two others. One of which was too small the other too large. The bag I eventually purchased fits my needs exactly. While purchasing online is great it's not so great in the sense you can't really know what you're buying until it's in your hands. Best travel tripod I found after quite an intensive search. Feisol tripods are rock solid carbon fiber structures. Maybe is because of the thick diameter of the legs; I'm not sure. What I'm sure is that I will buy their product again and again. I had the chance to try the traveller version and it was very sturdy compare to the rest, and by the rest I mean a lot of tripods I tried. Never the less it wasn't compatible with the video base column they offer, which is why I finally purchased the Tornament Rapid CT-3442 version. Is a bit longer than the traveller but it isn't longer than my old manfrotto and is way, way lighter and holds much more weight. It's has a very minimal design but is Efficient, Sturdy and Light.
