Best Wifi Camera For Home Outdoor

Working from home our Wifi out on our deck was always spotty and very slow. I got this and a POE outdoor switch to ethernet back to my router inside. The only thing I regret is not doing this sooner. We now can stream 4K movies outside. Oh yeah and we can work too.

Best for travel and outdoor photographic.

I needed to connect an outdoor wireless security camera to Wifi but the signal on the main router wasn't strong enough to penetrate a thick masonry wall. The TP-link solved this problem. I set it up inside at the wall needing signal penetration but in line with the router. It worked perfectly - having a booster closer to the camera did the trick.

I've had this camera for about a year now and have used it for outdoor photography on climbing and skiing trips where I need something that fits in my pocket. I'm not super camera savvy and so I find that 99% of the time, auto-shooting mode combined with some light Adobe Lightroom post-processing produces exactly the kind of images I'm after. All the 1-star reviews have to do with it's lack of WiFi connectivity. This has nothing to do with the quality of the images produced so these reviews are stupid; I use a card reader and have had no issues. WiFi connectivity with my Mac does indeed not work, but with my iPhone it is seamless when the Canon app is downloaded. I prefer using the card reader anyway.

Best WiFi camera This camera has all the same functionality as a Nest cam and it also has a memory card in it so you don�t have to pay for a service. The picture is very clear, notifications are easy and you can set it up for human detection, again, something you have to pay for with nest. App is very easy to use and for the money, this is by far the best option.

THIS IS THE BEST SMART HOME CAMERA ON THE MARKET!!! No contest. I've tried many others such as Nest and Amazon's versions but they pale in comparison to Ecobee. The camera is easy to install and looks beautiful. The app is incredibly user friendly and camera quality is top notch. I would recommend this camera to everyone! Excellent picture! Super easy to set up! The Lorex Indoor 1080 was incredibly easy to set up. It has an app that I was able to download to my iPhone and scan and get set up in minutes. The picture quality is absolutely amazing. Way better than anything I have with the popular outdoor smart cameras. What I like about this indoor camera is a few of the features that I have set up. First, I have it pointed at a door - and I have it set-up that I only get notifications and it will start to record when it detects a person. Second, I have set up my home area in the app and I only receive notifications when I am not home. I get a push notification when I enter or leave my "home area". I really wish we could set our outdoor cameras to do this! It let's you open up the app and manually record or take snapshots. You can also use this with Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant. I definitely recommend this indoor camera!
