The reason we went with Nest is because we do have a Nest Thermostat and after reviewing the Nest and other popular camera doorbells, we happily went with Nest and we have not been disappointed. I've had a couple of other camera doorbells from startups. Disaster! Poor quality, terrible software and no support. Worse, they go out of business. The Hello is a solid product with all the basic needs of convenience and security met. It is easier to install and setup than it seems on the first read through of the instructions. 5 |
