Only had it for a week. Easily installed. Wired to my router. Wireless devices pick the printer up immediately. Make sure you clean the scanner before use. I had streaks right out of the box. Haven't tried IP fax yet but landline fax works fine. Wish I had a second paper tray for envelops. 5 |

This router works well with other Ubiquity Unifi devices including managed switches, wireless access points and network extenders. This router is fast. The self hosted server app works well on a Windows 10 pc. What isn't clear from the product description or BHP tech support is that the 2.5 GB ports adapt to 1 GB connections and that this router can replace an older Ubiquity UniFi router by plug and play. All that is needed, is to replace the new router on the gateway connection and adopt the device. Once you adopt the new router you get a message saying you can't have 2 gateways. Then just go and forget/remove the old gateway router from the app and re-adopt the new gateway router. Give it a bit of time and all the settings will be automatically applied to the new router. I have a xfinity cable modem, UniFi gateway router, 2 UniFi 8 port managed switched, 1 UniFi WAP, 2 UniFi Beacon wireless network extenders and about 50 network devices managed with a fixed ip setup. My only complaint is that nobody at BHP or Ubiquity could give me a straight answer on upgrading the router. 5 |

We bought this device on the strength of the Consumer Reports review, along with numerous others that consistently ranked this router very highly. It has been running for a couple of weeks now without any issues and have definitely noticed improved range and speed on the wireless signal as compared to our previous router (in some cases we are seeing equivalency in wireless speed with wired devices). In addition, the SRM management system and accompanying app are first class and allow you to easily see what is going on with your network. Finally, the SmartConnect functionality that steers the devices to 2.4 or 5GHz networks has made for a much simpler setup by only requiring a single SSID and allowing the router to do the work of deciding which band is best. Highly recommended! 5 |

I was having issues with my smart devices and streaming HDTV. My wireless system was only giving me about 100 Mbps even though my cable internet was 800 Mbps. I looked into buying faster internet and discovered if I I wanted the cable company’s top speed of 1.2 Gbps, I needed a new modem. I purchased the latest and greatest cable modem, which was one model newer and capable of 2.5 Gbps. My internet speed didn’t get better. So, I decided to replace my wireless router. I researched the wireless routers available. The three key areas I concentrated on were the WAN connection speed, coverage and wireless specifications included. The ASUS ZenWiFi Pro ET12 was the best in all three categories and the only router I found that had all three top of the line specifications. WAN - 2.5 Gbps Wireless - WiFi 6E Home Coverage - One router and one node replaced one router and five nodes. My coverage is better with less nodes. All my smart devices and my streaming HDTV are working great and I’m getting 950 Mbps internet speed. Smartest upgrade I’ve made. 5 |

I had been using an older router/modem from Netgear that I had for over 10 years and thought it might be time to purchase a new one. I’m so glad I did too because I had no idea how slow my internet was. But with the new Netgear Nighthawk router/modem my speed has tripled and it was fairly easy to setup. I like that Netgear has an app to configure all your settings now which makes it a lot easier to change your password, block devices and check your network status. I’m also really impressed with being able to use 2.4GHz and 5GHz with this router/modem. It really helps when you have a bunch of devices. The range of this router/modem is also really nice. I live in a single story home and it covers every inch of the house which is a huge plus. I would definitely recommend this modem to others! 5 |

I’ve had the Comcast router for I don’t even know how long. I’m a gamer and I also have a smart home with 10 devices connected in my network at the same time. So far this router has held up very effectively and I am extremely glad I purchased this device and got rid of my rental. It’s a buy for me. 5 |
