Officially Teradek says there is less that 1 millisecond of delay but I couldn't see any delay with my eyes. This is a big step up from other wireless kits from folks like Hollyland that claim .08 seconds but in reality it's more than like twice that. This really doesn't have any latency. The feed is so instant that you can pull focus with the Spark 4k. Even though they don't exactly bill this as a system to pull focus. They seem to be pushing this as more of a live stream or event solution. However wireless video systems designed specifically to pull focus are so incredibly expensive but I'm happy to say you can use this in your regular video production shoots to pull focus without issue. The other big selling point for me was the quality of the actual video stream you get. You can get up to 4k 30fps 10bit 4.2.2 in the actual stream. Again, this is a big step up from most system that only offer 1080p 60fps max with video quality that is just terrible. I am not a wireless video guru so the fact that these were so incredibly easy to get up and running sealed the deal for me. Literally just turned on both units and they automatically synced up. No extra button presses to get things running. Nothing to really setup in any menus. Just turn them one, briefly wait and your video signal is flowing.

I use this product to support a home video security system. I have 5 wireless G videocameras streaming live video from throughout my home. This is a budget setup and this router fit the bill perfectly. The router is constantly running at near wireless capacity as far as throughput. I use it on WPA2 b/g/n without issues. I gave it 5 stars because considering the cost and the benefits, I believe it is 5 stars. If this cost more, it would be 3 stars.

Using this with NEC NP-M352WS 3500-Lumen Portable Short Throw DLP Projector. Powerpoint slides are about 1 second delayed. No audio via the wireless adapter. However, I am happy with the device for my purposes. I also use a hard wire for audio/video usage. After the second round of ordering, receiving, and returning the first order of the projector and this adapter, an with level II NEC tech support, I am finally able to get the devices to work together. Also, I am not going to be using this on a wireless network/router, but through the Easy Connection option (no router present at installation). It came down to one simple operation (from Mac OS 6.8): Before starting the process below, you will need to get the wireless IP address of the projector. Mine was 10.0.39.155. -click on the wireless icon at the top of the screen -click on Open Network Preferences -click on Advanced -click on TCP/IP tab -change the Configure IPv4 setting to Manually -change the IPv4 Address: to something close to your video projector's (my instance: 10.0.39.160) -click OK and then Apply Don't forget to reverse this setting when you're done using the wireless adapter in order to connect to the internet normally. Hope this helps.

I bought my Stream Deck roughly a year ago, mainly to make things easier while streaming. The main thing I was looking for was the ability to set various keys to switch to various scenes, as well as some buttons for other various stream related tasks (switching chat to emote-only mode, leaving a stream marker for cutting my VODs down later, etc.). It achieves that perfectly, without fail. Beyond streaming, I have also found uses for it with my video editing! I've been able to set certain hotkeys on my Stream Deck to perform certain actions in my editing software, such as changing a video clips color for organization, bringing me to a specific window, and so on. Another use I found for my SD (thanks to the community made extensions) was monitoring all of the necessary PC stats and numbers that I like keeping an eye on! I have keys that display CPU Usage, RAM Usage, GPU Memory Usage, and all the other important numbers. The Stream Deck is an all around useful tool that's nearly impossible to not get proper use out of, whether it be streaming, editing, or nearly anything else you can do on a PC. It's made what I do easier in more ways than what I initially purchased it for. It's a must have.
