8 port gigabit switch for under $30? You bet. I bought an Apple Airport Extreme recently and it's been a great upgrade. However the one downside of the Apple router is that it only has 3 ethernet output ports. With my home network growing, it was time to add some extra ports. Enter the Trendnet 8 port gigabit switch. Simply plugged it in and everything worked brilliantly. Now I can connect my iMac, printer, Sonos, PS3, BluRay and DVR independently to the switch. Everything works and there are no compatibility issues. Super product, excellent price! 5 |
