Better sound than $200+ headphones! I was torn between Beats by Dre Solo, a pair of Sennheisers, Bose, or Koss portapro. Having listened to all except,the portapro, I choose the portapro's. I will be sticking with these headphones for life! Every sound produced is amazing, and the bass response is way above other phones! Buy them, more than worth it! For the work I do, I typically use monitoring headphones and never considered buying Beats, but my wife wanted a pair, and I was pleasantly surprised by the size, feel, and sound. Listening to music on these (just about any genre) sounds great and reminds me of the first time I heard my favorite music through a high end home audio receiver as a kid.
