Beyerdynamic Dt 990 Pro Studio Headphones 250 Ohms

Got this amp to use with my Beyerdynamic DT 770 PRO 250 ohm headphones. Tried some other lower powered amps but this one really works a lot better. A note that this does come with a USB-C included for use in MacBooks. When I bought it, that wasn't listed. 5 |

I use the HeadAmp6PRO to listen to high end headphones, like AKG K-702, Beyerdynamic DT-990, and Sennheiser HD595. I also have a discrete class A headphone amp, but two of the above headphones need more bass, in my opinion. The bass/treble control is great - very low noise - can play the 702's very loud and they are not easy to power. Highly Recommended for this purpose, or Pro Audio. 5 |

This amp blew my socks off. I purchased this amp to use with my Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro(250 ohm) headphones. The instant I plugged them into this amp I was blown away. The sound is so clean that I heard detail in songs that I hadn't heard before. I use this for mixing and hearing all this detail has really improved my mixes. I love this amp! 5 |

My last zoom lens was a DT 18-250 mm standard zoom, and when fully extended would have some light flare and poor resolution. I have found this FE 24-240 full frame lens to have better clarity at full extension making for better enlargements. It weigh-in 7 oz more and worth the weight. 5 |

I've been using the MDR-7506 Headphones for the last 25+ years, I really love the way they sound. I use them for studio and live applications and they always deliver a clear sound with great definition. I never get tired of their sound. During the last 4 months, I bought the 3 sets of headphones from another brand, the first time it was their 250 ohms version, then I tried the 80, and last the 32 ohms version. I returned all of them within a day of purchase, I guess I really wanted to have those headphones because they look cool and I think I gave them a fair chance (maybe because of their tight isolation of external noise/sound and great soft feel on my ears), but I ended up buying more MDR-7506 instead, maybe I'm an addict to their sound as I used to be to my old Yamaha NS-10 (I had 3 pairs of those). But, since this is a review for the Sony 7506, all I can say is that I will stick to them. I've produced at least 15 albums and 2000+ jingles using them, maybe that's the reason why I love them so much. 5 |

The great thing about this adapter is that it also worked on my Sony, AKG, and Beyerdynamic headphones, too. Economical way to resolve the lost adapter syndrome. 5 |

I use this everyday and for the price they are very good. I wanted a 32ohm headphones as they work best with my MAC book Pro and my mobile devices. If you use them with mobile devices and do not have 32 ohms headphones, the volume level you need is much higher. Generally, if you use headphones with mobile devices mostly, you should have headphones under 50 ohms. 5 |

I used this Y cable to spilt two headphones the only thing is that if your headphones are different Ohms then the output is lowered on both. The cable is made of heavy duty material and is very well made. IT feels like it will last a life time. 5 |

Needed a headphone amp for home studio. This is the only one on the market that handles every impedance from 8 to 1000 ohms-- critical if one is mixing headphone types. Most phones today are 50 to 60 ohm... too low for other amps. Plenty of output channels too. 5 |

Using these in a small recording studio. They are paired with an integrated amp and a Sony SAW-2500 subwoofer. They are dedicated to a Korg Kronos-88 syntheisizer and sound great. Only negative thing is they are 6 ohms impedance. This is awkward as most amps and receivers are 8 ohm. Would suggest that anyone considering these speakers also spring for the sub-woofer as well (it is also 6 ohms so no mismatch......... 5 |
