These clamps are well made and attach to just about anything. Using these to attach camera gear to bicycle frame.

I'm using the iM2100 Storm Case for storage on the back of my bicycle. It provides great and secure weather prof storage for things like my camera, netbook and bicycle tools.

I got this clamp to clamp my mini video camera to my bicycle to get my favorite ride(s) so that when winter comes, and I'm riding indoors on the trainer, I'll still get the memories of my favorite hills and fields. This clamp is super-secure, and the stud locks into the clamp perfectly. I hit 40 mph going down a hill and the clamp held fast. On the other hand, clamping a video camera with no IS to a bike handlebar isn't the smartest thing I've ever done. It was 90 minutes of quake-cam. But I can't fault the product. It's rock-solid. My camera is a Flip Mino HD, but I would venture that you could easily put a mini DV camcorder on this unit with no problem- complete faith in the durability and design of this clamp. Heavy duty, well-built.

I purchased this for a 8 day bicycle tour of Scotland and wanted a way to carry me camera on the bike. The Cotton Carrier has been absolutely fantastic. Most days have been around 50 miles, carrying a Nikon Z9 with a 24-70 lens. Comfortable all day, the camera and lens were secure and did not flop around. Access to the camera was extremely easy and the twist method to remove the camera was intuitive. I would highly recommend this for anyone needing or wanting a system to secure your camera and lens for biking, hiking or walking.

I love this camera. I mounted it on my bicycle. I was worried about the video being bouncy because of the terrain I bike on. Not too shabby. It produces really nice video that does not shake very much...if at all. I really like the wide angle lens, too. This is a great camera. Exceptional quality.

This camera is replacing my XT-10, is a backup for my XT-3, and my daily carry due to its small form factor. Because of the body and dial similarity, it is very easy to adjust to. It will take some time getting used to the location of the Q button, though. I am trainable. I love the physical size and light weight of the lens, but it will take some time getting used to the digital zoom. I am trainable. I carry the camera strapped around my neck as I bicycle to the coffee shops in the mornings and as I bicycle the Poudre Trail and Spring Creek Trail.

I ordered this to mount my GoPro on my motorcycle handlebars. The handlebars are quite a bit thicker than on a bicycle so I wasn't sure if it would fit, and at first it didn't. But fortunately the rubber liner of the clamp comes out easily (it's not even screwed in, just sort of pushed into the space), and with that removed it fits like a dream. I don't see it mentioned in the listing but the platform where the camera snaps in also rotates by pressing a clip and moving it. This makes it convenient to position the camera pointing directly forward.
