[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a drive to keep our tax information on, especially since our taxes involve more documentation than the average household. I will say that this seems a whole lot more complex than I was envisioning, especially once I saw the 34-page user guide. It was a bit daunting. It seems like there are 3 passwords total that can be used, one being a recovery password. It sounds like if I use the recovery password, it allows me to reset the main password. I have not purposely tried that method though. I do appreciate the option to have multiple passwords, just in case though. I am a little nervous that I will forget a password and get locked out, but I guess that is the risk I'm taking by having a password protected device. 5 |

It moves the mouse and can send keyboard inputs after its plugged in, even in BIOS setup of laptops! Its awesome! 5 |

My Samsung often requires reboot... My L3860CDW printer is always there. Only trouble is asking for a password for a firmware upgrade, claiming it is in the back and trust me, it is NOT ANYWHERE... 5 |

I wanted something to protect my Samsung Flex while traveling and this was case was described perfectly for the laptops size and shape. When it arrived I was very pleased with the construction and materials that this case was made of. It's a touch bigger than my 13.3 inch laptop so it has enough room to store the power supply and cord as well. I install Samsung SSD in all my client machines, as well as my personal ones. They have no moving parts, which makes them ideal for laptops that get moved and/or tossed around. Performance is stellar. Win7 and new can use the Magician software to enable RAPID mode (disk cache), which is ideal on battery powered laptops to ensure no data loss from a power outage. The PRO is more durable than the EVO series, and priced accordingly. PRO is for heavy use. Leave 5~10% of the disk as raw/unallocated for automatic wear leveling. 5 |
