Bios Restore Factory Settings

I like it. - Wrecks the price/performance curve, especially for parallel scenarios. - CPU cooler looks good and is a lot more capable than others, especially OEM ones. - Attaching the heatsink to the motherboard was a little tight but not bad. - Does require a motherboard with compatible BIOS, which not all B-chipset motherboards have out of the factory. I decided to spend more for an X570 motherboard which all support Ryzen 3000 CPUs out of the box. Otherwise, you have to hope a B450 motherboard has a new enough BIOS version from the factory, or you need a spare older AM4 CPU to let you upgrade the BIOS first.

...once I figured it out. It needed to be reset to factory settings, but once done, all works as---or better than---expected. THANKS

Easy to set up and install. MB had labels for everything. BIOS was easy to update and navigate for settings. No complaints yet.

Fast ship, working as expected. Need to change bios settings to get to 3200 speed, so if you're only getting 2400 it's you not the ram sticks

Booted perfectly first time with bios default settings. Loaded up Intel XMP profile and rebooted and it was running at rated speeds and timings with zero issues. Caught this on sale and the performance and value is amazing. Absolutely no cons, and worthy of all 5 stars!

Very good motherboard for a first time builder. I bought this one because it was relatively cheap, and the fact that it fit in my micro atx case perfectly without any issues. When everything got put together, the bios was easy to navigate through, and it was xmp compatible so I was able to run my ram at 3,200mhz with no major headache. I like the fact it had so many options within the bios that it gives me a peace of mind that I can change certain settings to have the pc run efficiently. It even has the setting of how fast the cpu fan and case fan runs you don’t need to download msi afterburner to do that, it’s all done within the bios easily. It also had an easy setting for your boot drive so it didn’t take me long at all to figure it out it was quite user friendly for a bios I loved it. The motherboard and the parts combined makes my pc run super fast and works so well I was surprised how good it turned out I am not disappointed at all. I highly recommend an Asus motherboard, and will be considering getting a much more high end ASUS motherboard for my second build. I have an MSI motherboard for a different computer of mine which works very well too, but I like the ASUS better for settings, and the fact I don’t have any weird glitches or issues from the start. Everything works as it should right away and I like it when it’s that way. I’ll have to consider getting one of the “TUF” gaming ones. This is your standard 3200 MHz DDR4 ram. It operates as expected, but be sure to check your BIOS settings to make sure it's clocked at 3200 MHz to squeeze out all the performance you can!

I'm not an overclocker so this is probably over kill for my build. So far the MOBO is doing as advertised. Bought this for my new ASUS build with i9-13900k. I really like the design and the heatsinks included for future upgrades to PCIE5 nvmes. The RGB lighting puts a nice touch to it all. The BIOS is very easy to use, and a click away to set XMP settings for my DDR5 ram. I did need to update the BIOS FW,but booted on initial set up with the i9. There is room to overclock, but I haven't had the need to beyond the OC minimum of my GPU and CPU using the armoury crate and GPU tweak III. Beyond those OC settings I just don't know enough on how much this MOBO can handle.

Love this board, the bios uefi and the overclocking settings make it easy to boost. I like the "Tweakers Paradise" setting. Then the mil spec build on the board with all the usb ports. Plus the sound card. Makes it quite impressive.

Very powerful CPU, but be careful with the motherboard BIOS settings to prevent overheating. The default ASUS BIOS settings allow the CPU to run up to 100C.
