if you use a dr-100 for field recording, you know that the lithium battery (bpl-2) does not last too long if phantom power is needed. i have 2 batteries and i run out of power every time. when this external battery came out, i bought it very fast to try it. for my surprise it works amazingly good. highly recommended. i use 6 duracell 2450 mah on it and it lasts for many, many hours using the phantom power on my dr-100. cheers 5 |

Bought the Photogenic ION Lithium-ion inverter to power my two Photogenic 1000-watt second strobes as a pair. Dispite�the fact I had the modeling lights turned off, the load was too much for the inverter. However, with one strobe, it's just what I need. Not only do I power a strobe, I also use it to power anything that requires low wattage AC power, like wireless mic receivers or transmitters or battery operated audio recorders or small camcorders and small video monitors. The kit is especially useful since it includes a case, spare battery and charger. What a pleasure not to have to run AC extension cords! Great product. Highly recommend it. 5 |

Firstly the printer is great at making detailed photos quickly and with minimal setup or maintenance. The price per page is easy to see from the refill packs. This printer fills a niche of many users. You can power via usb-c using a (usb-c pd 20v barrel adapter cable) from a power delivery type power adapter common for laptops, the unit can pull 20w at 2amps so 45w max. Have sucessfully printed from a 25w pd samsung power bank as well. The 20v standard of PD outputs is lower than the included 24v adapter, but the optional canon battery outputs 19v dc so the 20v should be safe. Makes for an even more portable solution. 5 |
