Black And White Only Wireless Printer

Purchased Brother HLL2480DW Wireless Black and White Laser Printer after with have an HP printer for a long time. What a difference! Easy set up and troubleshooting, quick printing and print quality.

This is a great black and white printer.. It uses the large cartridge which saves money. Great if you don't want/need color printing. However, it was very difficult to set up for wireless feature. I had to have HP tech help and it took about 40 minutes for the tech person to get the wireless feature to work. Unless you are a "techie" you should just call HP for online help. Again, a great economical black and white printer.

This is the ONLY black and white film I ever use!!! I love TMAX!

Only Hp 61 black I use in my printer would not use any other

If you have an Epson 3880 printer, you will know the inkset well. I use the Advanced Black and White mode a lot for B&W prints, and the printer is still working extremely well for me. In ABW the linearity is excellent, prints beautifully and can differentiate very low levels of gray from black. The newer inksets from Epson and Canon report even better black density with higher Dmax, and if that is your holy grail you can go that way or off the deep end loading third party inks and struggling with profiling accuracy. But I bought the 3880 for the then-remarkable and still-respectable longevity of the pigment inks, and it continues to be reliable and clog free, it feeds paper well and it wastes much less ink than modern desktops, so I have not replaced it.

I tried this after seeing a few black and white masters using it. Very happy with the results. Only slight con is the print surface is delicate. Needs to be handled with care.

Must own as a portrait photographer. Only regret is that I now have to order the the reflector that has the black and white shades.
