The difference in the cheap knock-offs and the Black Diamond are a world apart. First and foremost the Black Diamond just feels like it's 10x stronger. This thing is a tank. And if you're hanging $10k worth of cameras off a tether you want the strongest thing out there. Plus the Black Diamond does not leave you sweat streaked after a football game or outdoor hike. It does breathe nicely. If you can't afford it right away, just hold off a few weeks and save up. It's worth the additional expense. Just think of it as the best carry insurance you could buy for totting around quick access cameras.

I like that my new roku has the volume control on the remote so i only need one remote.
