Black Laminate Melamine 4X8 Sheet

Ordered 8x12 paper this time. Will be able to print 4x8 Christmas cards 3 on a sheet in stead of 2 on a sheet. Also will be offering 8x12 Calendar pictures and collages.

You could look all this stuff up online, print it, then laminate it yourself, or you could just spend $5.

Silver gelatin prints are the benchmark for black and white photos due to their longevity and beauty, however if you don't need your prints to last hundreds of years and the beauty of your prints is most important to you, I recommend Hahnemuhle Photo Rag Baryta Glossy Fine Art paper at 315GSM. I find that archival pigment prints on this Hahnemuhle sheet are virtually visibly indistinguishable from Silver Gelatin prints. As far as the cost are concerned an 8 1/2 x 11 Hahnemuhle sheet of paper is less than $2.50, and when the cost of ink is added the total cost of the print is approximately $5 versus Silver gelatin at $60-$70 plus cost for shipping. I am using both processes depending on my final goals.

It's really just a big black sheet with a loop for the cross bar in one end. The size is great, plenty big to fill the frame. It's too thin to be used a s a black out drape if you have a window or door behind it but no problems otherwise.

I first started using Arista Edu in 4x5 sheet film, I shoot a lot of black and white so Arista 100 and 400 are my top choices. This one is especially good for pushing one or two stops.

The one inch black on clear labels are good for making single name badges at times when using a whole sheet of badges is impractical. Some badges can be pre-printed without the name and a label can be applied as needed.

I use these pages to store proof sheet from black and white negatives. Also use them for archival documents that need protection. Great for all those uses. Put them in a loose leaf binder and catalog the pages for a quick recovery of items that usually sit in a storage box somewhere.

This is my go to fine art paper. Makes fabulous prints - both black & white and color - on my Epson P800. And the 100 sheet box provides the best per sheet price.
