Black Magic Ultra Studio Monitor

I have many monitors that I use for color grading. I typically use a black magic ultra studio and color calibrate my monitors. Out of my Ben-q’s and Dells, the Asus seemed to be the most accurate in Rec 709 gamma 2.4. It’s no FS but I truly am impressed with accuracy! If you are up in the air…just do it!

Had to replace my original ultra studio mini monitor from Blackmagic with the updated Monitor 3G unit since I switched to an M1 MacBook pro. Works perfectly with FCPX or DaVinci Resolve. No issues.

I just purchased 2 Black Magic URSA Studio cameras and knew the challenge to have one case include cameras, accessories and add extra studio viewfinder was going to be a challenge. Jason Cases was the best choice due to it's well-designed cases, and size. And the extra cutouts allowing for miscellaneous equipment was the icing on the cake! Well Done!

Got a Black Magic studio camera and needed a 4/3 lens. We're only doing streaming so a Cine lens would really be overkill. This one, with the zoom range and price seemed to be a good match. Paired it with the camera and did a few test shots. Quite pleased with the result and it meets our needs just fine.

Using this on a Black Magic Design Studio Cam, both the older and newest models, for use with Sigma Lenses and it works great; the auto focus function works perfectly.
