I've be using T-Max Film for 15 years. In that time I've tried other black and white film and this film always is the best.

I have been shooting black & white portraiture and landscape since the early 1990's. For years, my go to film was T-Max 400. But I decided to give this a try and I am not going back. The grain is very subtle and sweet. I scan all my film and I find that the Kentmere does extremely well in the scanner. I am amused when I read of some off-hand remarks dismissing this as a student film. And yes, the price is right. I love it.

I really like Professional T-Max 100 Black and White Negative Film (35mm) because it has really good quality. It has 36 exposures that makes it really useful. I used to use the one with 24 exposures but this one is much better and almost at the same price.

This Platine Paper is perfect if you are looking for rich color prints or great D Max for Black and White. Archival rag a high quality paper

I used to toggle back and forth between Kodak Tri-X and T-MAX, but then I started using Ilford HP5 Plus and seem to be settling on this as my go-to black and white film. I scan my negatives and do my post in Photoshop, so I do have a lot of latitude with dialing in my desired results. No complaints.

The new Apple 16 MacBook Pro (M3 Max, Space Black) is the fastest MacBook Pro yet with the M3 Max setup. I went with 64 GB Memory and 2 TB Storage. The new Space Black is very cool as well. This new MacBook replaces my 1-1/2 year old M2 Max with same memory and storage. I would have to run benchmarks to tell the difference. The M2 Max was also blazing fast.

T-Max 100 is probably the finest grained black and white film I've ever used. I get a great tonal range, resolution, and sharpness with it; It also clearly captures the finest of details. Magnified it seems to be perfect, its grain appears arranged with a mechanical precision, as if someone placed each grain one at a time like mosaic tiles. I use T-Max liquid developer with this film and I find the two produce very consistent and reliable results.
