Black Wind Instruments

I use this mic to record string and wind (brass mostly) instruments.  The different patterns make it effective in a variety of spaces depending on whether you want to reject other sounds or include reflections.  Versatile and great sound quality.

I like wind instruments. This is that and so much more. Nice features make playing sound like the real thing. Tried it all but haven't used it as a midi controller yet

bought this during the black friday event and have nothing at all to sad bad about it...used it last week in 30mph wind gusts and was stable thr whole timr while taking night star pics. worked so great ended up buying a 2nd as a gift to my mom

Great for Vocal and Instruments!

Fits well. Great for reducing wind noise. It comes with a round black rubber ring to put over the ports which is great. I wish it came with the videomic go ii box. Because it is a must have for the mic.

I live in New England and it is possible that we will have rolling black outs this winter which is why we purchased the Delta 2. A wind storm this week knocked over a tree and we were without power for several hours. I was able to hook up lights, my computer, and monitor, my warming throw blanket over my lap and use my phones personal hotspot. This enabled me to continue working. My husband also hooked up our Kerug so we could enjoy some coffee.

Good quality convertible. Have been using it with and without the black cover. It's quite versitile. Just don't use it outside as the wind catches is very easily.

The blimp helps black out a great deal of wind noise and other unwanted background noise. I use this in conjunction with the Rode NTG2 and H6 Zoom recorder.

If you are shooting outside using a lav, you need it! All it takes is a little wind in the right direction and your done for. With the Furry Lavalier Windjammer, you do not need to worry. I have all 3 (black, gray & white). the only negative is the it is hard to hide and quite noticable but that is why you have the 3 different shades so you can match or get close to the clothing color it is attached to. I would rather deal with that than wind noise in my audio.

I had to by another umbrella after a wind accident, and wanted to have something versatile. This works as a shoot-thru and reflective umbrella. The black coat allows for more control of your light by cutting down on the spill. After the few location shoots I've had, it has held up well and performed the way it was intended to.
