Blackmagic Camera High Fps

If you need a rugged camera to capture high action sports this is the one to own; lighting fps puts it second to none; definitely worth the wait to get all of the kinks ironed out!

Best hybrid camera. Period. Bought this camera about a year ago, it is unreal. I do mostly food photography and videography. The MP count is perfect, great fast shutter for stop motions. Video quality is unreal, the oversampled 7k to 4k is butter. The 60 fps cropped is never really an issue for me, I actually like shots tighter most the time! Even the 120 fps in HD is more than enough for any social media application. Auto focus is crazy! Too many features to list, but it truly makes this the best camera at that price point. Now the big thing I was scared of was overheating. Never ran into this issue. Granted I don't record 60 FPS long format videos. I shoot mostly shorter clips in 60 FPS. But being in a hot kitchen, direct sunlight this camera is a beast. When I am in between scenes and I feel the camera getting hot I either switch to taking photos or shut the camera off and pop open all the ports to get it cooled out. I don't think I will ever run into overheating issues, but if I do I will just start building my rig up with heat sinks + external batteries. On top of that with all of Sony's insane releases the past 12 months, I'm still going for this camera as my hybrid go to any day. I often take still frames from my video to use as photo content, see the peach image attached. I decided to go with Sigma 24-70mm f/2.8, very satisfied with that as well. Can't wait to use other lenses to really max this camera out.

Right away, you know that as soon as you open the box there is a high level of quality. Everything about this adapter is well made. One word of warning, attaching this to your Blackmagic Pocket camera is challenging. It took me a while because the amount of force to attach it seemed excessive. That said, once it's on, it's secure. My thought is that it's so close to the sensor that it can't afford even a micro on slack. Let me stress this again. Putting it on takes some effort. So much so that I thought I was going to break my camera gripping it to move it into position. But this and the Blackmagic Pocket camera are made so well, that I realize that I'm most likely basing it on the lightweight Canon and Nikon bodies.

This is a high-quality filter that does what you expect it to do. A must-have for anyone who uses Blackmagic cameras.

It does the job with my Blackmagic. I would not use any third party in my camera.

Works great with Blackmagic 6k camera.

This is a very good high hz fps monitor. Not the best since it's a ips panel rather than a TN panel but trade off is slower pixel response times but much better colors and view angles. Elmb aka black bar insertion works perfect and helps with blur and eye strain. Make sure you have a graphics card that can maintain 280 fps min and a good quality display port wire.
