I found out by reading my camera's manual, that the reason Blackmagic advertising the Ursa Mini Pro G2 with this batteries is because it is one of the few fully compatible batteries for this cameras. eg. If you use a 3rd party batterie it will not show it's % only bars. 5 |

This remote, when paired with powered lenses, is even better than having a follow focus (and cheaper)! I was trying to figure out how to pull focus while my camera is on a Gyro Gimbal (Letus Helix). I could not use a manual follow-focus because the camera is constantly turning and remote follow-focus systems were bulky, complex, and expensive. (Not to mention often requiring a second operator.) When I came across this remote, I thought it was too simple and easy to be true I thought that there had to be a catch. But there was no catch! I use the remote with my BlackMagic Pocket Cinema Camera and several powered Panasonic Lumix lenses. The remote allows me to stop and start recording and, crucially, adjust the lens focus using the thumb rocker. (Zoom, AutoFocus, and Power control do not work for the BlackMagic Pocket, but manual focus control is the key feature for me and works perfectly!) If you want to be the one-man band, shooting by yourself on a budget, grab this remote, a powered lens, and a 5 monitor. Turn on Focus Peaking and dial in your focus whether your camera is on a tripod, slider, gimbal, etc. You'll be unstoppable! 5 |

This Lanc controller is 100% compatible with both the Blackmagic Micro Cinema Camera and the Ursa Mini 4.6K. It controls Auto Iris, Manual Iris, Start/Stop Record and Manual Focus using the rocker. It is small enough to fit on a gimbal and tripod handle. Focusing using the rocker panel is very smooth. I'm glad I bought it. 5 |
