Blackmagic Pocket Cameras

I found this link from Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Cameras Facebook group so I gave it a shot. I’ve used it under bright sunlight and it was able to handle glare and let me view my camera LCd screen accurately. It also folds to protect the LCD when not in use. The good: it works with all models Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Cameras. I highly recommend this, it’s an accessory every Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Canera user must have.

We use BlackMagic Pocket Cine 4k cameras and needed a way to send video over a 15-50 sdi cable to a BlackMagic Multiview 4k for a directors monitor.... BMD-PCC4k only has HDMI out. These are small enough that we usually just velcro them to a tripod leg with a small lanyard as a safety cable. Currently power them with a GoalZero Yeti150 but I think a good 12volt v-mount battery would work for a while.

This is a very great ND, especially for cameras that suffer from IR pollution like the Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 4K. This 6-Stop ND helps when shooting at low f-stops. As mentioned, it comes IR cut to help with IR pollution. You need this in your camera bag.

I bought two of these for my Blackmagic pocket cameras and will never go back to the other options of standard battery, or grip with multiple batteries inside. This last much longer and the time remaining is easy to see. It mounts easily to tripod. Well designed

Great way to go for the Blackmagic Pocket cameras! If you have a Pocket Camera you already know the internal battery is pretty limited. I own two of the Core Edge batteries and they work wonderfully... and the price is great! There are more robust solutions, but these are fairly small and light weight, and a great value!
