Blackmagic Production Camera 4K Codec

.. I just get it from B&H and shoot some test with my Blackmagic Production Camera 4K, and I like the result !!!

Works perfectly with BlackMagic Production camera 4K and Ikan GoldMount Battery.

It's nice to make that leap from shooting on a DSLR to working with the Blackmagic Production 4K camera. It makes the transition even easier when I'm able to use all the batteries I've accumulated over the years. Also, being able to plug in sound with XLR inputs is a HUGE bonus.

Using this on a 28-300 Canon attached to a BlackMagic production 4K camera. So nice to not have to go into the menu to adjust for light settings when you can just spin this up or down.

422 10 bit color, robust codec options, 4k 120 with minimal crop, Active IBIS that works well enough for handheld even with cine lenses. virtually non-existent rolling shutter. And it doesn't overheat in standard shooting modes. I've been able to run this thing all day on external power and it is running it's paces as a studio camera without problem. I've even used it for a few photo shoots and have had decent results. Now that Photoshop has the super resolution tool - 12MP really isn't a handicap for this camera for photos. As an upgrade from the A7III, I'm enjoying being able to finally take advantage of SLOG3 and the added dynamic range. I've had this camera for a year now and have been very happy with it. This camera is a beast. Just bought my second one for a B Cam.

The Blackmagic Design Pocket Cinema Camera 4K is an amazing video camera for the price. The BMPCC 4K has a lot of high-end features for a compact body will sacrificing other components and features. I can highly recommend it and I promise you won't regret getting one of these for your production.
