I bought it to see if I could get some fair in camera audio for my Blackmagic Cinema Camera 2.5K using a Tascam DR-100MKII as a microphone for some interviews. I'm really tired of capturing audio with an external audio recorder, then finding the audio clip, synchronizing with video and repeating the process in post. I wanted to try to get in camera audio even if that means to deal with some messy cables from my camera. So this Hosa Technology REAN 3.5mm TRS to Dual 1/4 TS Pro Cable was the best solution I could find. In camera audio quality was fair if you place the Tascam about 3 feet away from the talent, I'm pretty sure an audio technician can get even better results as I'm more about video. In post you can enhance what you captured eliminating the white noise. You can also use the cable to attach it to wireless audio receiver it works ways better with a Lavalier system.

The Blackmagic Design Pocket Cinema Camera 4K is an amazing video camera for the price. The BMPCC 4K has a lot of high-end features for a compact body will sacrificing other components and features. I can highly recommend it and I promise you won't regret getting one of these for your production.

Purchased this device to split a camera feed between video monitors and a Blackmagic Design ATEM Mini Pro live-streamer. Hooked it up, turned it on and worked perfectly right out of the box.

I buy these and the little black one from another company to use with the Blackmagic Ursa mini 12k video camera. This one just got approved, though I've been using these for many years, now. They are small, thin and I really love them and use them a ton for regular work or when transferring between computers. This Pro version is even better than the lower grade and I've never had a problem with corruption on these and buy one any you'll see ..how they will become a favorite.

Used this to run HD SDI video from my camera tripod to a BlackMagic SDI to Thunderbolt converter for recording on a Mac with OBS. This lets us position the camera pretty much anywhere in our space with length to spare.

It was difficult for me filming with my Blackmagic P4K camera outdoors , until I bought the Ocean video glareguard. I can now see the LCD screen brightly and get the right focus
